Which categories of data do we use, and where do they come from?

The primary purpose of data processing is to improve the user-friendliness of the website. Your explicit consent pursuant to art. 6, section 1 a) in conjunction with art. 7 GDPR can be viewed as a form of data protection authorization .

How long is your data retained?

We delete your personal data as soon as they are no longer required for the aforementioned purposes. Following termination of the business relationship, your personal data will be retained as long as we are legally obligated to do so. This regularly depends on statutory proof and storage obligations, as governed by, inter alia, the German commercial and fiscal Codes. The corresponding retention times amount to a maximum of ten years. In addition, personal data may remain stored for the period within which claims can be asserted against us (statutory limitation period ranging between three and thirty years).
